On 15.05.2024, after several years of construction, Akiem officially inaugurated its first maintenance centre in France. This significant event also saw the unveil a Traxx MS3 locomotive in a special livery:

The leasing companies are confident Alstom’s Traxx locomotives will make a comeback. Rive just signed a frame contract for 50 machines, and Railpool intends to do the same.
