With an acceptance date of 20.04.2020, unit 1440 039 is one of the latest four-car Coradia Continental trainsets to be delivered to S-Bahn Nuremberg.

Alstom proudly announces that its newest Coradia Continental EMUs are offocially authorized for commercial service. The manufacturer ius currently delivering three, four and five-car trains for three different contracts, all awarded to DB Regio.

DB Regio has closed two deals with Alstom in Germany for the delivery of Coradia Continental EMUs. In 2020, the manufacturer will start the delivery of 27 4-car trains for S-Bahn services in Nürnberg.
