3 years later: Trafikverket selects Talgo for new night trains

Sweden’s transport authority Trafikverket has selected Talgo to supply a new fleet of night trains for services between Stockholm and Upper Norrland, concluding a complex procurement process that has spanned several years. The contract includes 10 locomotives from Siemens and 91 passenger carriages from Talgo, with entry into service planned from 2030.
