On June 15, 2025, Adesso Rail officially welcomed its first two locomotives into service — Railpool Vectron 6193 128 “Andy” and 6193 181 “Marie-Therese.” Both units are equipped with the A22 package, enabling seamless cross-border operations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and the Netherlands. The official presentation took place at Hall 3 of the DPB Group facility in Krieglach, Austria.
Adesso Rail is a newly established company based in Vienna, led by Patrizia Langer — formerly Managing Director of Ecco-Rail and Ecco-Sped, and a long-time senior figure at the Rail Cargo Group. Under her leadership, the company is dedicated to delivering environmentally friendly and dependable transport solutions.
The distinctive livery of the locomotives was designed by Marie-Therese Abart, whose modern and striking visual concept gives the fleet its unique identity.
