In Poland, a notable highlights of the 2025/2026 timetable launch is the introduction of the new international train services connecting (Przemyśl- ) Kraków with Leipzig via Wrocław and Horka. There are two daily connections; on from Kraków as EC 132 and the other one originating in Przemyśl as EC 134.
CargoUnit locomotive 5370 054 / 6193 060 took the stage right away with a special wrap features the cities of Leipzig, Kraków, and Przemyśl.
The first train started as EC 132 in Krakow (combined with IC 3802 “Chełmoński). The Vectron is used for the leg Wroclaw (PL) – Leipzig (DE). A day before the first run, 5370 054 was already spotted in Poznan:
